The three-story building will provide office accommodation, meeting suites, and staff welfare facilities, including a private gym. The approval also includes a storage building and helipad, which will enhance the company's operational efficiency and help them meet the growing demand for their services.
The Ascona Group is a highly successful fuel retail and wholesale business that has outgrown its current units in the Bridge Innovation Centre in Pembroke Dock. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has continued to grow, expand its operations, and provide essential services to its customers. As a result, the Ascona Group has been ranked as Wales' fastest-growing company and included in The Sunday Times UK's 100 fastest-growing companies.
The new head office, Ascona House, was designed by C+A Design. The building's design and layout have been carefully planned to provide a comfortable and productive working environment for the company's staff and visitors. The approval of the new head office has been welcomed by the local community and business leaders.
