Project overview

A successful and growing client asked C+A Design to design a new HQ facility, in Pembroke Dock, Wales. This includes office accommodation for one hundred staff, meeting suites and staff welfare facilities including a private gym. 3D imagery was prepared to support financing and the purchase of the site from the Welsh Assembly.

Our approach

A clear design strategy has been implemented, ensuring that all employees benefit from natural light at their workspace and can take advantage of the views from the surrounding area. The scheme has received planning-permission, following a warm reception from the planning authority.
