Meet the Team

Company co-founder, Adam qualified with a First in Architectural Technology from Sheffield Hallam University. He is vastly experienced in the retail design sector as well as in commercial and residential sectors, and has delivered numerous petrol filling stations throughout the UK for ASDA Stores Ltd and other clients. Adam is married to Susie and they have three children and a dog. When he’s not running around after his sons (and dog), he can either be found walking in the peaks or supporting his childhood team, Oxford United.

Andy has over 40 years of architectural experience since joining the industry in 1974. After rising through the ranks and gaining experience in managerial positions, he eventually began a practice in 2006, which later became C+A Design in 2009. His dedication and positive work philosophy, which he has applied to his partnerships with clients and colleagues, has enabled him to deliver high quality services and programming. When Andy isn’t propping up the bar in his local he is either walking his dog with his wife or standing on the terraces at Hillsborough.
