Share

At C+A Design, we take great pride in nurturing and promoting talent from within. As our team continues to evolve to meet the needs of our clients, we’re delighted to announce two well-deserved internal promotions.

Luke Bembridge Promoted to Trainee BIM Manager

We’re pleased to confirm that Luke Bembridge has been promoted to the position of Trainee BIM Manager.

Luke has steadily grown his skills and confidence within the BIM environment since joining C+A Design. Known for his collaborative approach and attention to detail, he has become an integral part of the team supporting our digital design processes across projects.

In this new role, Luke will work closely with the Management Team to help shape and refine our BIM standards, provide support to colleagues across disciplines, and continue developing tools and workflows that enhance the way we deliver our projects.

We asked Luke to share a few words about his new role...

I’m really pleased to be stepping into the Trainee BIM Manager role. It’s a great opportunity to build on the experience I’ve gained so far and contribute to how we use BIM across the practice. I’m looking forward to supporting the team and continuing to develop in this area.

James Cox Appointed EV Workstream Leader

We are also delighted to announce the promotion of James Cox to EV Workstream Leader.

James has been instrumental in developing our design capability within the Electric Vehicle (EV) sector, applying strong technical knowledge and a methodical approach to a growing body of work. His ability to work with clarity and consistency has helped embed quality and reliability in how we deliver EV charger design projects.

In this new role, James will lead the EV workstream - managing workflow, supporting the wider team, and working with the Management Team to ensure we continue to meet client needs in this dynamic and fast-evolving space.

We asked James what he was excited for in his new role, this is what he said:

I am really excited to be taking on the role of EV Workstream Leader. I am passionate and eager to develop my management skills and broaden my knowledge further on EV work. I enjoy working closely with clients so this is a perfect fit for me and will allow me to take a crucial step forward in my career.

These promotions reflect not only individual achievement but also our collective ambition to support career development and reward contribution. Both James and Luke exemplify the values we uphold at C+A Design, and we’re excited to see what they will achieve in their new roles.

Congratulations to you both!
