Sous Vide

A demonstration and testing kitchen was required within Sous Vide’s existing site and was required with minimum disruption to other buildings. To comply with the clients need, C+A Design came up with a modular solution and the new installation was designed using two recycled shipping containers. The majority of the work was completed off site with final finishes and cladding applied on site.
