Skelton Lake

This new to industry motorway service, situated on the M1 near Leeds, was a flagship development for Extra group. C+A Design provided a comprehensive technical package and Principal Designer service for this project, which had a construction value of over £3m. The scheme included 20 light-good domestic filling positions and 5 heavy vehicle dispensing lanes, with Ad-blue and premium fuel grades. The site uses a pressure system for fuel delivery. A large, 3,000 sqft shop retail store picks up on design cues from the wider site, using natural stone in a dry wall effect externally.
