C+A Design Ltd are finalists for the APEA Awards 2023!

We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the APEA 'Best New Forecourt Award' for Machynlleth Service Station. The project overcame a very challenging site, with issues that included limited space, flood risk, Japanese Knotweed, asbestos, remediation of historic ground contamination required, high groundwater, piled foundations, overhead power cables, a culvert diversion, and close proximity to a rail line. We previously won The APEA 'Best New Forecourt Award' for Green Garage, Pembrokshire in 2021. This site has since also won awards at the Forecourt Trader Awards in 2022 and 2023 for the Best Forecourt for Wales and West of England up to 4mla.
The prestigious awards night takes places on Thursday 16th November 2023 at Stadium MK, Milton Keynes.
