C+A Design Shortlisted for Small Employer of the Year at the Investors in People Awards 2025!

We’re delighted to share that C+A Design has once again been shortlisted for the Small Employer of the Year award at the Investors in People Awards 2025.

This recognition celebrates our ongoing commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive, and rewarding workplace where our team can thrive. Since being founded in 2009, C+A Design has grown into a 15-strong architectural practice delivering innovative projects nationwide. Throughout that journey, our people have remained at the heart of our success.

Over the past year, we’ve continued to strengthen our approach to people development, from mentoring and apprenticeships through to flexible working, wellbeing initiatives, and structured career pathways. We are proud that this commitment has been recognised once again by Investors in People, highlighting the progress we’ve made since last year’s shortlisting.

Being a finalist for this award reinforces our belief that investing in people is the foundation for business success. It’s about creating an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their best.

The IIP Awards shine a spotlight on organisations that put people first, and we’re excited to celebrate alongside other inspiring businesses who share that vision.
