C+A Design have totally transformed this site by designing 12 new bungalows, four of which have full sized garages. All the properties on the site have been designed to meet Lifetime Home Standards, allowing the property to be adapted to the residents needs as they age. The buildings are to be completed using local materials which remain in keeping with the houses in the surrounding area.
