C+A Design have worked with a number of clients to add Starbucks drive thrus to established petrol or retail offers, and also to new sites. These projects allow our clients a means to maximise their estate value and, if they desire, a method of capital release, with the option of selling the coffee shop to an investor with a long-term sitting tenant in place.
