Sidings Park is a scheme which includes a number of light industrial or traditional counter type units. There is a prominent feature unit which acts as a signpost for the lower units, as these are hidden from the road due to the topography of the site.

Our approach

Sidings Park was designed around the constraints of a very difficult site, with severe level changes and a culverted river running beneath it's side. C+A Design’s scheme won planning, satisfying the Coal Authority, the Environment Agency and Network Rail of it's suitability for the site.
