Project overview

C+A Design conducted the drawings and planning for this residential scheme which involved building four contemporary properties on land that used to house an old family residence. The plot is situated on the edge of the green belt with spectacular uninterrupted views over the neighbouring countryside.

Our approach

Three of the properties have five bedrooms, one property has four bedrooms, and each have a quarter acre of land and integrated parking and garages. Two of the homes boast Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) Systems throughout, ensuring a more comfortable and energy efficient heating solution.
