As the designers of the scheme, we at C+A Design were commissioned by the property developer, GW Padley, to create new trade and industrial units in Downham Market, Norfolk. Working closely with our client, we designed a 12,000 square foot property that now houses two well-known trade brands, Screwfix and Medequip.
