C+A Design Shortlisted in Two Categories at the Derbyshire Business Awards

We’re proud to announce that C+A Design has been shortlisted in two categories at the upcoming Derbyshire Business Awards 2025–26, hosted by the East Midlands Chamber:

The Derbyshire Business Awards celebrate the innovation, resilience and achievements of businesses across the region. Being shortlisted in two categories is a huge recognition of our commitment to creating an exceptional workplace culture while continuing to deliver outstanding work for our clients.

Last night, Managing Director Adam Slade, Director Becky Glaves, and Studio Manager Manager Lauren Macartney attended the President’s Celebration and Annual Dinner at The Renaissance at Kelham Hall. The event brought together business leaders from across the region for an evening of networking, dinner and, most importantly, the announcement of the finalists for the 2025/26 East Midlands Business Awards - where C+A Design was proudly revealed as a double finalist.

From our beginnings as a two-person firm in 2009 to our current team of 15, our people-first approach has shaped every aspect of what we do. Being shortlisted for Small Employer of the Year reflects our belief that a supportive, flexible, and rewarding workplace is the foundation of success. The Commitment to People Development nomination recognises our ongoing efforts to nurture talent, build skills, and create clear pathways for growth.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come and excited about what’s ahead. These nominations celebrate not just our achievements, but the dedication and passion of every member of the C+A team.
